It's such a delight to finally introduce you to our Advisors Circle panel! As I mentioned before, we received an overwhelming number of applications, and let me tell you, every single submission was a joy to read. It took me days, but I absolutely loved diving into each one because it gave me a chance to connect with all of you even more. Thank you so much to everyone who applied, and I'm truly sorry I couldn't select everyone.

I want to emphasize once again that every single person in our community means the world to us. I'd absolutely love for all of you to get more involved here. If you've got an idea for a blog post or anything you'd like to contribute to the community, don't hesitate to reach out! Here are a bunch of ways you can get in touch with me: Join one of our private Facebook groups—either Liesl + Co. Friends or Oliver + S Friends—and share your photos or ideas there. You can email me privately at [insert email] with any suggestions or post ideas, especially if you're interested in contributing a blog post yourself. Follow us on Instagram (@oliverands and our brand new account @lieslandco). Tag us on Instagram using hashtags like #oliverands, #lieslandco, or #sewlisette. Don't forget about our discussion forums—they’re a fantastic resource if you’ve got questions about a pattern, as you can search through an archive of questions and answers. Oh, and don’t miss out on Pinterest, Flickr (we’ve got accounts for Oliver + S, Liesl + Co., and SewLisette), and make sure you’re signed up for our newsletter (you can even choose to have blog posts sent directly to your inbox). We’d love to hear from you and include anyone who wants to be more involved here. They say it takes a village, and I believe that wholeheartedly!
Without further ado, here are our panelists. I ended up selecting 12 people because narrowing down the choices was incredibly tough. I hope you'll join me in welcoming them. I'm really excited to work with them so we can all learn from each other! I asked each member to write a short introduction, and here they are.

**Emily**: Hi! I’m Emily and I absolutely adore sewing for myself and my two girls. I’m hoping to sew more than just lounge pants for my husband soon too! I discovered sewing when I became a stay-at-home mom with a baby who didn’t sleep much. We had just moved to southeastern Idaho, shared a car, and it was winter. I stumbled across the Lazy Days skirt tutorial, and a kind friend helped me sew it on her machine. That was it—I was hooked! I immediately asked my parents to bring me the sewing machine I inherited from my grandma. Sewing has been a source of comfort during tough times and a way to spread joy to others. I’m thrilled to be part of the Liesl + Co. Advisors Circle! I’ve learned so much from Oliver + S and Lisette patterns, and I can’t wait to keep learning.

**Claire**: Hello there! I’m Claire and I’m absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Advisors Circle. I’m originally from Scotland, but now I live in the stunning Seattle area of Washington state. I’ve been sewing for just over two years and consider myself an advanced beginner. My sewing style is quite eclectic—I sew from both independent and Big 4 patterns, for myself, my toddler, and my husband, and I enjoy working with both wovens and knits. I usually lean toward everyday staples, but I do love sewing up the occasional occasion dress. I have a soft spot for big geometric prints, and this year I’m determined to work through my stash. When I’m not sewing, I love going to the movies, catching up with friends over wine, and training for triathlons. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom, but I’ve worked as a journalist and editor for about 20 years in the energy and video game industries. You can check out my projects on Belle Citadel and Instagram. Nice to meet you!
