The method requires the printing and dyeing enterprises to apply for the company's construction site, process equipment, energy consumption, resource consumption and comprehensive utilization, EIA approval and "three simultaneous" acceptance, major pollutant discharge, sludge disposal, clean production audit, safety production Provide brief explanations on other aspects and provide necessary proofs.

After the enterprise has applied, all relevant units must also carry out inspections and on-site inspections, list publicity and a series of work. This work effectively supervises enterprises in the viscose fiber industry to conduct self-inspection, evaluation, and improvement of their own production environment, production, and circulation.
