PTFE Insulation Glass Fiber Fabrics is softer and normal PTFE Glass Fiber Fabrics which can be made into Therma Sleeve, or Valve Jackets. With temperature resistance of -60~360 degree, this product is designed for energy saving in hot process pipe or hoses. It reduce heat loss and lower ambient air temperature, thus improves equipment performance, with dryer lines insulated, most systems work 50% more efficiently.
Features of PTFE laminating sheet:
1. Stable dimension, high intensity, elongation coefficient less 5‰
2. Good temperature resistance, 24hours working temperature -70-260° C
3. Low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant, good indulating ability
4. Nonstick, easy to clear stains and adhesives on the surface
5. Good chemical resistance, it can resist all most of chemical medicines, acids, alkalis, and salt, it is fireproof, lower in aging.
Applications of PTFE laminating sheet:
1. Used as various of liners to resist high tempreature, such as microwave liner, oven liner or other liners
2. Used as non stick liners, intermediate
3. Used as various convye belts, fusing belts, sealing belts or anywhere need resisting high temperature, non stick, chemical resistance etc.
