Jade's "starting" knowledge

The knowledge of "Jing Ying" of Jade is actually very simple.

Emerald uses "fluorescence" in fluorescence to describe an optical phenomenon of jade. This phenomenon is common in earrings, necklaces, jade and bracelets of ice or glass. Since the ice jadeite is composed of a dense aggregate of tiny jadeite crystals having a particle size of about 0.001 mm, a difference in hardness occurs in different directions, which is manifested by the appearance of microwave undulations on the polished surface, causing diffused reflection of the incident light.

Because fluorescence depends on the refraction of light, the expression of fluorescence is also affected by the shape, angle and curvature of the jade itself: a flat shape, no jade with a curvature, almost no fluorescence.

And not every jade can be fluorescent. Fluorescence and jade are related to the stress during the growth process. It can be said that it is a rare phenomenon in jade, so the jadeite that can be fluoresced is higher than the jadeite without fluorescence.
